Our story

Everything here answers to the fire.

Ember & Oak started with one idea: cook everything over wood, and let the ingredients do the rest. No shortcuts, no gas line — just oak, oxygen, and a kitchen that never really closes the hearth.

Ten years later, it's still the same fire. Just a longer line for a table.
